Salt water has no effect on FRP grating and a built-in UV inhibitor protects the grating from sunlight.
Unlike wooden docks, Mini-Mesh grating will not chip, crack or splinter in lakes and oceans. Whether it’s hot, cold, or dry, your FRP dock will stand up to whatever Mother Nature brings.

Comfortable Walking Surface
The top surface of Mini-Mesh grating has a finely gritted, non-slip surface which provides excellent traction without being too coarse. Mini-Mesh fiberglass grating has a ¾” grid pattern with ½” open squares. This results in 44% open area which allows light and water to pass through and provides a very comfortable decking surface to walk on in bare feet, flip-flops, or anything else you’re wearing.

Availability
Our Mini-Mesh grating is available in 1” deep or 1.5” deep panels. 1″ deep panels are strong enough to support foot traffic over a 2-foot span. Order the 1.5″ deep panels for heavier loads or longer spans up to 3 feet.
